Stuart Damon fired from General Hospital

After spending 30 years (yes 30) on the set of General Hospital, Stuart Damon is leaving.
The truth is he got fired, and he’s character will end tragically – in other words he’ll die.
Some speculation by creative online fans conjured up a major storyline twist revealing that Alan had actually murdered Rick Webber - and that during his arrest Alan would suffer a massive heart attack and die.
ABC is not giving out too much and a final airdate for Damon is not yet available, his exit, however, is.

Maybe Stuart will take up singing again? After all the guy could really sing! Or mabye go on a holiday to England and take a break for a bit?
After all before all this he was an original Champion! *L*

who will be next Monica…maybe they dont want
to keep any characters who may end up in wheel

I have watched General Hospital for 30 years and now that you are firing the orginal cast memembers for no good reason I am not going to watch this show anymore.

It really sucks if he got fired, quitting is one thing but if my other favorites start to go I am done watching GH after 25 years.

I have been watch GH since it was a half hour show. Before Stuart came on the show anyway. Are you trying to cut down on the long time GH addicts. Well this is one way to do it by firing the long time actors. Stuart was one of the anchors of this show. I am with Maureen if you start getting rid of our favorite characters like Stuart i will be going. We have cable now and have other shows we can watch. These people are parts of our families.

This shows how ABC has no respect for their longtime viewers. I am third generation GH viewer.
I have seen this show since I was little, and when I got home from school, there it was on TV,with my Parents and Grandmother watching. I remember when Leslie delivered Monica’s baby (AJ) and telling her that it was Rick’s baby and not Alan’s. I will not be watching GH anymore, it is in my past. I hear Guiding Light is a good show from my neighbor

LOOK WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THEY TRIED TO GET RID OF EDWARD! NOW IT’S ALAN? NOT GOOD. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

well I hate having the good old actors leaving I miss alan,friso,robert etc….
It’s not the same without them, I may also give up watching if this continues.
