Shemar Moore Charged With Drinking Under The Influence

Criminal Minds actor Shemar Moore has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence (DUI).
The 37-year-old, who currently on U.S. TVÂ series Criminal Minds, was arrested in the early hours of 1 June (07) after being pulled over by Los Angeles police for reportedly speeding near Santa Monica Boulevard at 1.30am.
According to the arrest report, Moore “displayed signs of alcohol impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted”.
Moore was arrested and taken to a local police station, before being released after posting $5,000 bail.
Just hours after being charged with two counts of driving under the influence (DUI) on Friday (22Jun07), the 37-year-old’s California DUI lawyer made the plea and the DUI charges were dropped.
