After being rushed to the hospital Friday afternoon, Nadya Suleman’s two-year-old son Caleb is back home, and Suleman, aka the Octuplet Mom, is giving her account of what happened.

Suleman and her little boy arrived home from the hospital at 10:45 p.m. PST last night, says RadarOnline.com. The mother of 14 tells the site she called 911 as a precaution after Caleb “ingested an unknown substance.” “He’ll be perfectly fine,” she says, adding that he doesn’t have to take medicine or go back to the hospital.

While at the hospital, her five older children and the octuplet infants were reportedly cared for by nannies at home.
