Michael Jackson snaps up Eminem hits

King of Pop Michael Jackson has brought the rights to part of rapper Eminem’s back catalogue.
The superstar, who also owns The Beatles copyright, has reportedly grabbed the rights to hits like ‘The Real Slim Shady’ and ‘Without Me’ which shot the controversial rapper to fame.
Jackson also snapped up the rights to songs by Shakira, Beck and Bjork when he purchased Famous Music LLC from American media giant Viacom for an undisclosed amount.Â
Could this be a revenge plan by Michael Jackson to pay back Eminem for all of his negative references to him in his songs? Probably not, I don’t think Michael needs any more problems in his already complicated life.
