The world-famous Beverly Hills boutique Kitson has launched a collection of celebrity-designed holiday merchandise to benefit Stand Up To Cancer on Wednesday.

Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff and Dave Annable arrived at the Kitson Studio on North Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles offering their support to fight a deadly disease promoting the great products for a good cause.
