Lindsay Lohan Supports Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse
Reformed party-animal Lindsay Lohan has pledged her support to troubled singers Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse by blaming the media for their public downfalls.
The ‘Mean Girls’ actress – who spent last summer in rehab in Utah battling substance abuse – claims the pair will not be able to find stability in their lives all the while they are under the media spotlight.
She explains: “I think lots of people go through dark times, but it’s even harder with everyone watching.
“It’s a lot of pressure and I really feel for them, but I can’t compare myself to them.
“Everyone is their own person and they will overcome it in their own ways.”
Spears is currently being held at a Los Angeles hospital for psychiatric treatment while Winehouse is seeking help for drug addiction at a clinic in London.
