Jelena with small breasts is like a car without tires. Sure, its technically still a car, but what can you do with it? When her career is done, her breasticles are the only thing she’ll have going for her. Reducing them would be a grave mistake.

no don’t do it your more than just a tennis player. you one of the most beutifull women alive and taking away what the loard gave you, i don’t think you will ever forgive yourself in the long run
