The club might not be able to handle him, but the law sure can! Flo Rida landed himself in some trouble last night after forgetting his designated driver. Crowds gathered as he received a sobriety test and blew way above the legal limit!

It was past 3am when police officers spotted Flo swerving in his black and red Bugatti, valued at $1.7 Million! Of course once they pulled him over, cops detected the odor of alcohol – but he also refused the police officers ‘walk the line test,’ admitting “Officer I can’t do this. I don’t feel I can walk a straight line. I had a few drinks. Let’s try another test,” so Flo was given a field sobriety test and let’s just say he didn’t perform very well.

Per TMZ:

Cops say Flo’s blood alcohol level was .185 … more than twice the legal limit.

With a level that high, we can expect to see Flo Rida rocking a Flo and Go Blow and Go sometime in the near future. If that wasn’t bad enough, a computer check found that Flo’s driver’s license had been suspended for a month since he failed to pay a speeding fine. C’mon Flo. If you can buy a Bugatti, you can pay a speeding ticket.

Being the big celebrity that he is crowds gathered as he was receiving his sobriety test, some folks were offering to take him home. Witnesses also saw Flo was trying to convince the cops that he could make it home. Smooth. Of course you can’t park your $1.7M dollar Bugatti at the local bar for the night, but calling a DD is surely a better option – especially when you’re Flo Rida. I wonder how much it costs to get a Flo and Go installed on a Bugatti?
