Ashlee Simpson showed off her way big baby bump — I know, I know it’s only getting bigger — around town and stopping in for another doctor’s appointment in LA yesterday.

After enjoying some couple time, at least one half of this newlywed duo is off to Chicago for the weekend, where Pete will be throwing parties to celebrate Lollapalooza, complete with a secret concert of some sort. Whether or not his expecting wife Ashlee will be up for the travels, the hip parents-to-be aren’t letting impending parenthood change their rock star lives.
