Tom Cruise flew wife Katie Holmes, David and Victoria Beckham and a host of other stars to Napa Valley in his private jet this week.

The soccer star and his Spice Girl wife traveled from Los Angeles with Kate Beckinsale and her husband Len Wiseman and married couple Heidi Klum and Seal to the state in Tom’s private Gulf stream jet to “have some fun” on Tuesday.

Heidi and Seal are said to be striking up a close friendship with the group.

A source close the Beckhams said: “Heidi attended Victoria’s birthday party in Santa Monica on Sunday and they often share their mothering and fashion stories. Heidi is adorable - the whole group just loves her.”

Despite rumors Tom tries to convert all his new friends to Scientology, the source added: “As far as I know, Tom hasn’t even brought Scientology up.”

The star-studded jet returned to Los Angeles early yesterday morning er the revelers decided to stay an extra night.

An insider told Fox News: “They were going to come home earlier but were having such a nice time they decided to stay a little longer.”

Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse has been arrested for an alleged assault.

In the wee hours of April 23, the Grammy-winning “Rehab” singer allegedly headbutted a man outside a London pub. She voluntarily reported to a London police station on Friday to answer questions, and was arrested.

“I can confirm that a 24-year-old woman has been arrested by appointment at a central London police station and is currently in custody,” a Scotland Yard spokesman told PEOPLE.

It is a policy in England to arrest a suspect before questioning her in connection to a possible crime. Winehouse has not been charged with anything.

A 38-year-old man filed a report stating he was “headbutted” by Winehouse after trying to hail her a cab at 3:20 a.m. on April 23. According to a detailed account in the British paper The Sun, she also allegedly punched another man in the face and smoked drugs on the street.

The article was accompanied by a sequence of photos, including one of Winehouse walking into a lamppost.

Winehouse – who spent time in rehab in January and won five Grammys in February – was arrested just hours after her incarcerated husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, appeared in court on charges of witness tampering. Winehouse did not attend.

Richie Sambora was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) yesterday (22.04.08).

The Bon Jovi guitarist - who was arrested last month after police officers noticed his car weaving along the road in California’s Laguna Beach - was sentenced to three years probation, a three-month alcohol education class and ordered to pay fees.

However, Sambora - who was travelling with his 10-year-old daughter Ava and another unidentified girl - avoided a charge of child endangerment.

Farrah Emami, a spokesperson for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, said: “We felt that in order to file additional counts - in this case, child endangerment - we would have needed additional aggravating circumstances. The evidence did not support that.”

Ava is Sambora’s daughter with ex-wife Heather Locklear. Their divorce was finalised in April 2007 after nine years of marriage.

Sambora has experienced problems with alcohol before, and entered rehab last June.

Following his treatment, he said: “I was just drinking too much and I needed to get my life together. I’m still in therapy and stuff like that, but it’s good. I’m great. I feel fine.”

Harrison Ford was inspired to have his ears pierced after a drunken lunch.

The ‘Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull’ actor was out with friends, who were both sporting earrings, when he decided he wanted to follow their trend.

Harrison, who took the plunge around 10 years ago, said: “A semi-drunken lunch with Ed Bradley and Jimmy Buffett, who were both wearing earrings, is what inspired me to get pierced. After lunch, I walked down Madison Avenue until I found the first jewellery store that pierced ears.”

This guy is in a never ending mid life crisis.  He looks flat out sad with that earring but he seems like a wild and crazy guy even at 60.  Anyone who hangs out with Jimmy Buffett has to be crazy.

Lance Armstrong finished his first Boston Marathon with an impressive time of 2:50:58. This was good enough for 496th place among a field of 25,000 competitors. He was 477 among men and 368 among his age group.  He has run two other marathon’s prior to trying his hand at BM. He finished the New York City Marathon in 2:46:43 last year.

Armstrong admits that he doesn’t train properly but does enjoy the challenge. Prior to the race he provided the following insight:

If I broke 3 hours I’d be happy. I’m not in perfect shape, but the point is to get out here and enjoy it and really be part of the atmosphere and the ambiance of this great marathon.”

Armstrong won the 1993 World Cycling Championship before being diagnosed with an aggressive form of testicular cancer in 1996. Though the cancer spread to his lungs and brain, Armstrong recovered to win seven straight Tour de France titles from 1999 to 2005.

Rob Lowe’s former nanny Jessica Gibson (above with high-powered attorney Gloria Allred) has definitely secured herself some good PR representation. Her family has been all over the media the past two days singing her praises and accusing the Lowe’s of overworking Jessica. Apparently Jessica’s half-sister Jamie helped Jessica land the job with the Lowe’s, according to their father who spoke to People this morning:

“I’m sure [Jamie] thinks if only she could go back and change things she would. But, she can’t – there’s no point regretting the past,” says Jim Gibson. “No one in the family wants her to think that way. What’s done is done.
“She was happy to get out of there. She couldn’t take it anymore. Nothing really bad happened like it did with Jessie, but Jamie was overworked and couldn’t stand it,” he says.

The ‘Penelope’ star likes to keep everything in her house spotless, and gets a kick out of folding laundry.

Ricci said: “I’m a clean freak. I get really excited when things are clean, and I love sorting stuff. I love folding laundry in front of the television.”

Ricci also admits she loves being teetotal these days, and insists a big night out for her consists of “diet coke and dancing”.

The 28-year-old actress recently confessed her only vice now is gorging on sweet treats.

She said: “I conquered my issues but it stays with you. I do not starve myself now - my weakness is candy and sweets. It’s my only vice! I gave up drinking because I’m too small to handle it and that helps me keep some weight off.”

Ricci is currently starring in ‘Speed Racer’, an adaptation of a 60s cartoon by ‘Matrix’ directors the Wachowski brothers.

Eva Longoria wants a board game foursome with Victoria and David Beckham.

The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star - who recently had a Cluedo-themed 30th birthday party - is trying to convince David and Victoria to join her and husband Tony Parker for a games marathon.

She said: “Tony has really been trying to get David to play board games like Cluedo, but David is not a big game player. We’re like, ‘Come on David!’ “

Eva also revealed she has developed a strong bond with Victoria - who has a three sons with David - because they are both devoted to their families.

She added to Britain’s OK! magazine: “I really like to surround myself with women who place their family first. She is very devoted and dedicated to her kids and I really respect that.”

Eva insists she and Victoria would pick a girlie night in over a glamorous party.

She said: “We eat! And we hang out at each other’s houses. We don’t go out that much actually. We just do normal girl things when we’re along - we have a meal and a catch up.”

Basketball star Carmelo Anthony and his fiancée LaLa Vazquez are speaking out to PEOPLE about his DUI arrest – denying Internet reports she was unsupportive and wouldn’t pick him up from the police station.

“I want to make sure the public understands that I fully support my fiancé, Carmelo Anthony, and stand by him through this ordeal,” Vazquez, a former MTV veejay, says in a statement to PEOPLE on Tuesday. “I will always have his back and never refused to pick him up from the police station. In fact, they offered to bring him to me.”

Anthony was arrested early Monday morning near downtown Denver, hours after leading his Denver Nuggets to victory over the Houston Rockets.

The NBA star reiterated his love for Vazquez in his own statement to PEOPLE: “LaLa continues to be a rock in my life, she’s always been there for me through thick and thin.”

The girl would have to be crazy to not pick up Melo after his DUI arrest, the guy is one of the top NBA stars and making millions.  Lets just hope he has a top DUI lawyer.

The troubled singer - who has been pictured in recent weeks with scabs all over her face initially thought to be caused by the skin infection impetigo - has been warned by doctors if she doesn’t get clean there will be irreversible damage caused to her skin.

As she was allegedly taking cocaine at a party at her Camden home, in London, Amy was reportedly overheard saying: “I’ve been told I’ll lose my looks over this - but I can’t give it up! I’m told my scars might never heal. My dermatologist says it’s a result of the drugs and it could spread to other parts of my body if I don’t quit.”

The ‘Back to Black’ star is terrified her husband Blake Fielder-Civil - who is currently on remand at London’s Pentonville Prison awaiting trial on charges of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice - will no longer find her attractive if she is left covered in scars.

She said: “What will I do if I lose my looks? Blake will never love me like that.”

As well as allegedly taking cocaine, Amy - who entered rehab in January to seek help for drug addiction - was seen drinking heavily throughout the evening.

Cameron Diaz has never felt in better shape.

The 35-year-old actress believes her body is improving with age after she discovered the benefits of surfing while filming ‘Charlie’s Angels’.

She said: “I enjoy my body a lot more now than I did in my twenties, definitely. It’s stronger than it’s ever been.

“As a kid I was athletic, but after ‘Charlie’s Angels’ I became physically strong. I didn’t realise you could do that and it was really great. I think once you give yourself that, it’s hard to let it go.”

Cameron revealed she puts a lot of effort into maintaining her enviable figure but insists enjoying life is more important to her.

She said: “I bathe, I work out, I drink lots of water, I eat healthy. I try to get as much sleep as I can - I love life, I have to be active, I have wonderful friends, I have a wonderful family. I think the best beauty secret is appreciation. If you can appreciate everything that you have, that gives you a certain quality that can be perceived as beauty.”
