Jon Bon Jovi worked as a drug dealer to make cash in the days before he became a rock star.

The ‘Livin’ On A Prayer’ singer has revealed he bought and sold drugs in a bid to make “a couple (of) bucks” when he was a struggling teenage wannabe on the mean streets of his native New Jersey.

He tells America’s Best Life magazine: “I did the drug thing very young and wised up very young too, because I was into drugs a little too much.

“I was entrepreneurial even then, buying quarter pounds of dope and trying to make a couple (of) bucks.”

Bon Jovi admits he was smart enough not to sample his own product - after one test trip left him suffering throughout a whole summer.

He adds: “Did you ever smoke dope that was laced with PCP and then have that whole summer of hallucinations?

“That’s why I’ve never been a drug guy. I’ve always felt I didn’t have the mental stability to handle drugs.”

Actress Angelina Jolie has cancelled plans to give a lecture in Italy this week, amid reports she is pregnant with her and Brad Pitt’s second biological child.

The ‘Tomb Raider’ beauty was due to give a talk at the Pio Manzu Centre near Rimini as part of a conference entitled, ‘The Flight Of The Hummingbird - The Future of Children In The Mind And Society Of The World’ - but pulled out at the last minute.

Local newspaper reports claim Jolie cancelled the appearance after discovering she was expecting - and a spokeswoman for the Pio Manzu Centre appeared to ‘confirm’ the media speculation.

Letizia Manjani says: “Angelina cancelled last week. Due to her privacy I can’t confirm her pregnancy, but I can say that the Italian newspapers are correct in their reports.”

Jolie and her boyfriend Pitt have their own biological daughter, 16-month-old Shiloh, as well as their adopted children Maddox, six, Pax, three and Zahara, two.

Pitt recently expressed his desire to expand their family once again by saying: “We’re ready for another one.”

The decision is in — Britney Spears has not regained custody of her kids.

Issuing his order today, Commissioner Scott Gordon gave Spears three visits per week, two from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM and one overnight visit. The visits will be monitored.

Spears and K-Fed are ordered to figure out holiday schedules with the kids.

Britney must submit evidence that she childproofed her pool area by Friday.

In the order, the Commish wrote that when Britney has the kids, “the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all.” The Commish also recounts what the parenting coach complained of — that “during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play.”

According to the report, the coach wrote, “It seems that [Britney’s] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”

The coach also said Spears seemed to have a “lack of general attention at times” but there was nothing she “would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense.”

And then the most damning comment from the parenting coach: “The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

Hollywood actor-turned-California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was ‘joking’ when he said marijuana was “not a drug”, his spokesman said on Monday.

‘The Terminator’ star, 60, told the British edition of GQ magazine that he had not taken drugs, even though he has acknowledged using marijuana in the 1970s and was shown smoking a joint in the 1977 documentary, ‘Pumping Iron’.

Now Schwarzenegger’s press secretary, Aaron McLear, has come forth in defense of the star - insisting he made the comments in a lighthearted context.

McLear says: “The governor was doing an interview with the host of America’s Got Talent (Piers Morgan), the newest version of the gong show.

“I think it’s important to keep that quote in the context of the environment where it was said.

“Of course the governor understands marijuana is a drug. It’s like when he goes on Leno or the Daily Show - if you took something like that out of context, it might seem shocking but it was in a silly entertainment context.”

While marijuana for medical reasons is permitted in California, those found to be in possession of a small amount of the drug face a misdemeanor charge and a maximum $100 fine.

Britney Spears is “furious” her ex-husband Kevin Federline has not been required to undergo a drugs test in their ongoing custody battle, according to reports.

Spears lost physical custody of her sons - Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one - earlier this month, after reportedly ignoring a string of court-imposed demands and skipping mandatory drug tests.

The troubled pop superstar was ordered to submit to random drug tests at an earlier court hearing, after being branded a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of drugs and alcohol by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon.

But Spears, 25, is angered by the apparent preferential treatment the court has shown towards dancer Federline.

A close pal tells British newspaper The Sun: “She is furious. She believes the court is more sympathetic towards Kevin.”

The list, published in the new issue of the lads mag, found Sarah Jessica as the unsexiest woman in Tinseltown, followed by beehive-loving Amy Winehouse and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Sandra Oh.

Madonna came up fourth on the list, as Maxim dubbed the ‘Material Girl’ unsexy for her “self-righteous bellyaching and rapid postnuptial deterioration”.

Britney Spears was in fifth place.

Troubled singer Britney Spears shocked onlookers by launching into a bizarre outburst in court on Friday.

The singer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline were appearing at Los Angeles Superior Court early on Friday afternoon to testify at the latest hearing in the custody battle over their two children.

Spears was given permission to see Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, this weekend - but not before storming out of the hearing yelling: “Eat it! Lick it! Snort it!”

Mark Kaplan, Federline’s lawyer, confirmed Spears was permitted time with her kids.

He says: “The children will remain with Mr Federline over the weekend, although the court did allow Miss Spears to spend time with them.”

Spears lost physical custody of her sons on October 11.

The judge is taking the case under consideration and has issued no ruling. A written ruling is expected early this week.
