Charlie Sheen says the FBI was “aware of” ex-wife Denise Richard’s allegations that he viewed child pornography, and has taken no action.

Responding to Richards’s most recent court filing in their custody battle, Sheen, 41, says in a statement released Monday that for 18 months Richards herself filed “not a single complaint” about the welfare of their daughters – and that her attacks only began after he asked to pick his own nannies.

“I have asked that the court eliminate Ms. Richards’s ability to abuse and harass us any longer,” said Sheen, who has accused Richards of using the nannies as spies on his personal life. “One can only imagine what we’ve withstood thus far.”

In her filing, Richards accuses Sheen of “an attraction to underage women,” an allegation she made earlier, providing numerous printouts of porn Web sites he allegedly visited during their marriage. The filing has not been released publicly, but a copy has been reviewed by PEOPLE.

“The FBI was aware of these issues,” Sheen states. “I provided them with every computer I owned. The computers were returned two weeks later. Haven’t heard from them since. Period. The end.”

As of now, a childcare provider must accompany Sheen and fiancée Brooke Mueller whenever they’re with daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2.

Richards, 36, also alleged in her filing that Sheen’s engagement to Mueller is fake and a media stunt, based on what Mueller told her.

Mueller, denying Richards claims, responded alongside Sheen’s statement Monday, saying: “There are huge concerns about how Denise’s emotions are impacting her judgment.”

Richards had no comment to Sheen’s latest statement.

Britney Spears binged on drink and drugs and nearly overdosed just weeks after checking out of rehab, according to her former bodyguard Tony Barretto.

The revelations formed part of Barretto’s testimony during Spears’ court battle with ex Kevin Federline over custody of their two children Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one.

He claims he discovered the singer barely conscious and surrounded by drugs in a California hotel room with rumoured fling Howie Day, just weeks after they both left rehab and hours before she was due to begin her comeback tour.

He says: “I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Britney was completely out of it. We thought she’d overdosed. She was distraught, crying. Her skin was all waxy.

“We were panicking. We thought she was going to die.”

He also claims Spears was regularly under the influence of alcohol and drugs while caring for her children - and took enjoyment from parading around naked.

Barretto adds: “I must have seen her naked dozens of times and each time I’ve been extremely embarrassed.

“I was worried about the children due to her erratic behaviour. She wouldn’t talk to them at all and she would be in her own world.

“I have done this for her children. She’s not a good mother. She has mental problems. With her drug and booze issues, her home is no place for kids to be raised.”

Barretto’s testimony could mean that Britney, 25, loses custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston to Federline.

Lindsay Lohan is responsible for breaking up a British heiress’ marriage - after the actress slept with her husband in rehab, according to reports.

The 21-year-old star was linked with musician and father of two Tony Allen, 40, earlier this month, following a spell in the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah this summer.

Despite claims from Allen the pair are “just friends”, Allen’s wife Stephanie is claimed to have thrown him out of the couple’s family home in Savannah, Georgia.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror: “She has had it. They tried forever to have kids. She went through IVF (in vitro fertilization) three times and suffered two miscarriages, and when they finally got two beautiful babies, he hooks up in rehab with a girl half his age.”

The source adds, “He is trying to live out this rock star fantasy at 40. All Stephanie wanted was for him to be a good husband and father.”

George Clooney was involved in a motorcycle accident this afternoon, when his cycle was hit by a motorist. He was treated for a hairline rib fracture and road rash at Palisades Medical Center in Palisades, New Jersey.

Sarah Larson, who was riding on the motorcycle with Clooney, suffered a broken foot. Clooney and Larson were released shortly after being treated.

Britney Spears has been charged with one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California license. Both charges are misdemeanors, each carrying a maximum of 6 months in jail.

The charges stem from an August 6 incident in L.A. where Spears was in a private parking lot in the San Fernando Valley.

The Los Angeles City Attorney filed charges this afternoon.

Spears’ arraignment is set for October 10.

The City Attorney sent Spears a letter notifying her of the charges. That letter was mailed today.

The victim filed a police report at the LAPD North Hollywood Division on August 9 and filed a report.

You’d think everyone would want to catch a glimpse of sexy vegan Alicia Silverstone in the buff, but Comcast Cable in Houston pulled a PETA ad showcasing a fit and naked Alicia. The 30-second spot was already paid for and scheduled to run more than a dozen times in the Houston market, but the nudity was apparently too hot for the city. On the bright side, Alicia can be seen in all her naked vegan glory at PETA’s web site!

Matthew McConaughey is taking Owen Wilson’s role in the comedy film Tropic Thunder.

Wilson dropped out of the DreamWorks movie after an apparent suicide attempt last month.

Tropic Thunder, which is filming in Hawaii, stars Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr, Nick Nolte, Bill Hader and Steve Coogan. Stiller is also directing.

Tropic Thunder is about a group of actors who gather on a remote island to shoot a big-budget war movie and are forced to become the soldiers they are playing.

Wilson, 38, was taken by ambulance to a hospital after police responded to a call from his Santa Monica home. The next day, Wilson issued a statement asking for privacy so he could “receive care and heal”.

Jessica Alba has lost her perfectly sexy look after chipping a tooth during a kissing scene in her new movie.

The actress admits she and Good Luck Chuck co-star Dane Cook went too far with one energetic love scene and they both needed dentistry work.

She explains: “I chipped my front tooth doing a kiss with Dane and he chipped his bottom tooth.

“We were doing this comedic Mr & Mrs Smith love scene, and we were slamming into walls and breaking things and tumbling over couches and stuff.

“At one point, he slammed my head into a picture frame and, while my head was smacking into the wall and breaking the picture, his teeth slammed into my teeth.

“Now I have a bond on my tooth and when I take it off I look like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber.”

But Alba insists she won’t be rushing to get the problem permanently fixed: “I can definitely take the bond off of my tooth and throw people off a bit. I get to take this thing off and be somebody else for a little while. It’s like a disguise.”
