Lindsay Lohan had been drinking and had cocaine in her system when she crashed her car last month, shocker!

The ‘Mean Girls’ star was found to be twice over the California drink-drive limit and had traces of cocaine in her bloodstream at the time of the crash in Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard on May 26, according to a toxicology report.

Police could now present the new evidence to the Los Angeles District Attorney.

The police report filed at the time of the crash noted a “usable amount” of cocaine in Lohan’s Mercedes Benz and the actress was later arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

The 20-year-old star, who is not yet old enough to legally drink in the US, fled the scene and was later taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

Police officers then arrested her a few days later.

Soon after the incident, Lohan checked into rehab at Malibu’s Promises Centre, where she recently opted for an extended care programme.

Now this chick deserves to goto prison as well. I mean driving drunk, getting into an accident, fleeing the scene and having coke found in your system and at the accident surely deserves some jail time if compared to Paris Hilton’s crime.

Pretty boy soccer star David Beckham isn’t even playing for the L.A. Galaxy yet, but insiders are already saying that team members are sick of the circus-like atmosphere surrounding his arrival.

Between the rolled out red carpet and valet at the new VIP entrance at Home Depot Center, and the “posh” boxes that celebs like TomKat and JLo are expected to sit in — the Galaxy has gone completely Hollywood.

BTW, if you’re trying to get an uncensored peak at Beckham’s family jewels or seeing David Beckham naked again, don’t count on it. Rumor is Becks has a private changing area to keep cell phone snappers and prying eyes away, although Galaxy reps refused comment, saying only that “it’s a private matter.”

Jessica Simpson was allowed to keep the personal trainer she shared with on/off boyfriend John Mayer after they split.

The ‘Dukes of Hazzard’ star was introduced to trainer Harley Pasternak by the country singer just over two months ago, and while she is no longer seeing Mayer, Jessica is still working out with Pasternak.

The singer-and-actress is said to have dropped at least two dress sizes and lost almost 20lbs in eight weeks.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have fallen out over Mary-Kate’s new boyfriend Max Snow, it has been claimed.

The 21-year-old star is crazy about her new beau but her twin sister allegedly thinks he is bad news.

A source told Celebrity Babylon website: “Ashley never liked him from the get go, and now, as time has gone on, she thinks that he’s a bad influence on Mary-Kate.

“It worries Ashley that Mary-Kate is so passive around him, and lets him do the decision making.”

Ashley is also said to be worried by Snow’s temper.

The source said: “Ashley witnessed it for herself when Mary-Kate forgot to pick up something he wanted at the store. Max was screaming some awful and insulting things.

“Mary-Kate was teary-eyed and upset, but told Ashley ‘He does that a lot - it blows over.’ “

Takeru Kobayashi of Japan, the hot-dog eating champ of New York City’s Coney Island, may be out of commission for next week’s annual July 4th contest.

The six-time winner, 29 (and, despite his yearly high-fat and sodium and carbohydrate gorge, a svelte 165 lbs.), has been diagnosed with arthritis of the jaw, he writes ruefully on his Web site, where he says: “My jaw refused to fight anymore … [it] has abandoned the frontline.”

According to Kobayashi’s message, “Already I can’t open my jaws more than just a little bit. There’s no pain only if I open my mouth about enough for one finger. More than that is painful and I can’t open it.”

Some two months after Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Aplit split, the two have been enjoying clandestine meetings, friends confirm.

“It’s true that they have been seeing each other,” a source tells PEOPLE in its new issue. Adds a pal: “They [never] loathed each other. It just wasn’t working at the time.”

The couple were spotted at a June 9 bash in William’s Dorset, England, army barracks, where the British press reported that they talked all night and kissed on the dance floor.

The prince and Middleton, both 25, began dating five years ago, and many had Middleton, an accessories buyer at the British fashion company Jigsaw, pegged as the future Queen of England.

Yea I would think Kate Middleton would do whatever she could here to rekindle this romance, she could be the queen!

Paris Hilton spent her first day of freedom Tuesday in her family’s Bel-Air mansion, receiving visitors and gifts of flowers and balloons.

“She’s very happy to be home – very, very happy,” said her aunt, Kyle Richards, who arrived with her two daughters. Richards said Hilton planned to relax and “spend family time.”

“I think she’s just excited to be at home and be with her family,” Richards added.

Hilton, 26, walked out of jail at about 12:15 a.m. Tuesday after serving 23 days for violating her probation in an alcohol-related driving case. The heiress smiled and waved, then embraced her mother, before being driven away from the jail in Lynwood, Calif.

TMZ Reports that Kathy and Rick Hilton have just pulled up their car to the entrance of Lynwood jail and are waiting for Paris to exit. Sheriffs are clearing the exit as we speak.  We’re told Paris will walk out alone.

Photos of the week-old Sam Alexis Woods have appeared on the Web site of her proud papa, golf champ Tiger Woods.

Not surprisingly, she is more beautiful than a hole in one.

In all four snapshots, little Sam is shown sleeping, sometimes alone, sometimes with her father, or with both her dad and her mother, Elin Nordegren. One shot is of the whole family – including dogs Taz, a border collie, and Yogi, a labradoodle.

“This is truly a special time in our lives and we look forward to introducing Sam to our family and friends over the next few weeks,” the golf star, 31, wrote in a message on his site on June 18, the day Sam was born.

The couple’s first child was born less than 24 hours after Woods finished second in the U.S. Open, one shot behind Angel Cabrera, on June 17.

Woods and Nordegren, a Swedish former nanny and model he met at the 2001 British Open, were married in 2005.
