A friend of Paris Hilton says she’s dropped about 5 pounds since being sent to the Twin Towers Medical Center because “she’s still depressed and not eating or sleeping much.” Meanwhile, Marvel comics legend Stan Lee has confirmed that he’s developing an animated series for MTV starring Paris Hilton which will be similar to the Stripperella cartoon he developed for Pamela Anderson.

Hilton Costs Taxpayer 11 Times Average Inmate…. Socialite Paris Hilton’s spell in jail is costing the taxpayer more than 11 times what it costs to incarcerate the average inmate.

The 26-year-old hotel heiress costs Los Angeles County $1,109.78, compared to the average $99.64.

Los Angeles Sherriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore tells website Tmz.com, Hilton’s tab includes medical treatment and staff associated with her requirements.

A California State inmate is soon promising pictures of Paris Hilton’s underwear to the highest bidder.

A couple of inmates at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Downtown L.A tell the New York press a fellow inmate, brought into the facility with The Parasite on Friday night, snuck a cellphone into the jail hidden in her vagina -and was able to take two shots of Hilton.

“She was bragging about it on the bus,” says Oren Kattan, 29. “She put a cell phone in her [privates], and she got a picture of her.”

Paris Hilton is Scared To Use Toilet in Jail

paris-eating Paris Hilton is Scared To Use Toilet in Jail

Paris Hilton was so terrified guards would snap a cell-phone picture of her on the toilet that she didn’t eat or drink for three days, which left her facing a life-threatening collapse, a source told the Daily News.

She also was not taking prescribed medication while in jail, Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca said. The stainless steel lavatory in the hotel heiress’ 12-foot-by-8-foot cell was in plain view of a large window in the door, which guards could look through 24 hours a day. “She was absolutely terrified that one of the guards or staffers would get her with the cell-phone cam and it would wind up on the Internet,” a Hilton insider said yesterday. “She didn’t eat or drink a single thing for three days because she didn’t want to use the toilet. She was in real danger.” Hilton also suffered from “extreme claustrophobia” and began hyperventilating and freaking out. “She cried the entire time, and that wasn’t helping the dehydration,” the source said.

issued a statement Saturday saying that she will not file an appeal and intends to serve out the remainder of her jail sentence.

“Being in jail is by far the hardest thing I have ever done,” she said. “During the past several days, I have had a lot of time to think and I believe that I am learning and growing from this experience.”

She said she has spent time reading her fan mail and that “I very much appreciate all of their good wishes and hope they will keep their letters coming.”

“Thank you as well to my family who has always stood by me,” she continued. “I love you and miss you so much!”

Hilton concluded by saying she was “shocked” at the attention her case has received by the media and public officials.

“I would hope going forward that the public and the media will focus on more important things like the men and women serving our country in Iraq and other places around the world,” she said.

The heiress issued the statement after she spent her first night alone in a room in a locked-down medical ward after suffering in jail.

Paris Hilton ordered to LA jail’s medical wing

paris_hilton_jail1 Paris Hilton ordered to LA jails medical wing

The slender 26-year-old celebrity trembled and cried quietly throughout the hearing, then broke into loud sobs when the judge ordered her back into custody.

“Mom, Mom. It’s not right,” she wailed as she was led out of the courtroom. Her mother, Kathy Hilton, also sobbed.

But rather than return immediately to the sprawling women’s detention center where she began serving an expected three-week term for violating probation in a drunken-driving case, Hilton was taken to the medical wing of a Los Angeles jail.

Sheriff Lee Baca said she will be treated there for the unspecified psychological problems that had led him to “reassign” Hilton on Thursday to home confinement with an electronic monitoring device on her ankle.

The sheriff’s decision sparked national outrage and accusations of preferential treatment for a celebrity, though Hilton’s original 45-day sentence was considered by many to be excessive.

“Her medical condition was deteriorating and we didn’t know how to fix it,” Baca, who oversees the county’s jail system, said at a news conference defending his move to place Hilton under house arrest.

We have her in the correctional treatment center — that is a special wing. I am not going to say exactly what her mental problem is,” he added.

Hilton was returned to custody after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer ordered her to complete her sentence in jail, rejecting arguments that Baca had the discretion to “reassign” inmates to house arrest for health reasons without court review.

Paris Hilton has been ordered back to jail. Taken out of the courtroom screaming, the heiress is returning to her Los Angeles County Jail suite to finish out her sentence.

The real kicker… Paris is not just going to have to finish out her 23 day sentence, as Judge Sauer hit her with her full 45 days in lockup. As reported by Fox News, Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, “It’s not riiiigggghhhhtttt,” followed by, “Mom, Mom, Mom.”

According to TMZ, “One witness described the scene as being physically dragged out of the courtroom by a female deputy.”

In the lastest updates, an appeal of the judge’s ruling is being drafted right now and will be filed either later today or Monday.

paris-hilton-celibate Paris Hilton May Be Going BACK To Jail, hopefully!

A day after Paris Hilton was reassigned to house arrest, prosecutors will ask a court to force her back behind bars.

Hilton, 26, is required to appear for a 9:00 a.m. hearing on Friday, where she will face Judge Michael T. Sauer – the judge who initially sentenced her to 45 days in jail.

The last-minute hearing was requested by Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo, who will ask the court to order the Sheriff’s Department to return Hilton to jail.

Prosecutors have also asked the court to force the Sheriff’s Department to explain why it should not be held in contempt of court for allegedly violating Judge Sauer’s original May 4 sentence, which forbade electronic home monitoring.

Earlier on Thursday, the L.A. Superior Court clarified that Judge Sauer did not authorize Hilton’s release from jail. Court spokesman Allan Parachini said the Sheriff’s Department acted unilaterally by releasing Hilton and that it “can override a judge’s sentencing order, it happens all the time.”

Sheriff Lee Baca, who ultimately approved Hilton’s reassignment to home arrest, “was in his legal jurisdiction to do so,” Parachini said.

On Thursday morning, shortly after Hilton’s reassignment was announced, Delgadillo, whose department handled Hilton’s probation violation case, blasted the Sheriff’s Department’s decision.

“Today I was extremely troubled to learn that the Sheriff’s Department has decided to release Ms. Hilton from custody just three days after she was admitted to county jail,” Delgadillo said in a statement Thursday.

“Had we been provided with the proper notification, we would have opposed the decision on legal grounds.”

Delgadillo added that he found the release on medical grounds “puzzling” since he says L.A. County jails are “well-equipped” to deal with inmate medical situations.

“I am also concerned that the judicial process may have been improperly circumvented in this case,” Delgadillo continued. “I have directed my criminal branch to immediately explore all possible legal options to ensure that the law is being applied equally and justly in this case.”

The chief prosecutor added that only the judge had the power to modify the conditions of her sentence.

Well lets hope she goes back and does a little more time because this does seem to be outrageous, the fact she would just get to go home all of a sudden, that wouldnt happen for anyone else. SO BRING HER BACK TO JAIL!!!

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has been released from prison for medical reasons after serving just three days of her 45-day sentence.

Paris release a statement through her lawyers:

I want to thank the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and staff of the Century Regional Detention Center for treating me fairly and professionally. I am going to serve the remaining 40 days of my  sentence. I have learned a great deal from this ordeal and hope that others have learned from my mistakes.

Hilton will have to wear an electronic monitoring device on her ankle and will be confined to her home for the 40 remaining days of her sentence

“With extensive consultation with medical personnel it was decided this reassignment should be done,” Mr Whitmore told reporters in Los Angeles.

He said her time in jail techically totalled five days because she arrived just before midnight on Sunday night and left just after midnight this morning.

Well congratualtions Paris Hilton, you did your time and handled it well.  Now go back to your million dollar lifestyle and hire a frigging driver!
