Pamela Anderson claims she was in such a good mood this summer she would have married anybody.

The “Blonde and Blonder” actress - who married Kid Rock on a yacht in St. Tropez in July but has now filed for divorce - admits she got swept away and realizes now the marriage was a mistake. Speaking to American shock jock Howard Stern,Pamela said: “It was a big mistake, but I was in St. Tropez, I would have married the fisherman on the corner!”

“I think I just got swept up and I wanted to have a family for my kids, but you remember really quickly when you get back together why you’re not together.” “It was just a long time apart and the whole idea of having a family and knowing somebody and not having to introduce somebody new to my kids.” “We just knew each other. We both wanted a family, we both have kids. But when we were together it just wasn’t a good thing. We’re just two very different people.” The former “Baywatch” actress also confirmed rumors that Kid Rock was upset by her cameo in the “Borat” movie.

She explained: “He was unhappy about that. I don’t know why - you’d have to ask him - but he really was very unhappy about that.” Pamela denied rumors that the marriage had ended because she went out partying and left Rock to look after the children.

She said: “No, he’s never been alone with my kids. That was horrible, I think that’s what upsets me the most because I am home with my kids all the time, or my parents are here from Canada. I don’t even have a nanny.” Pammy has two sons, Brandon, ten, and Dylan, eight, from her failed marriage to rockerTommy Lee, while Rock has a 13-year-old son, named after his real name Robert James Ritchie Jr.

Pamela Anderson is taking her children snowboarding this Christmas.

The former “Baywatch” star, who has filed for divorce from husband Kid Rock after only five months of marriage, is planning the special trip because the hot weather in California where she lives doesn’t make her feel festive. Pammy writes on her personal website: “I’m looking forward to Christmas. I’ve been at home decorating with the kids all week - lots of baking.

“It’s beautiful and I can’t wait to take kids snowboarding soon. I miss the snow, that’s one thing about California weather at Christmas time, but at least we have a little rain.” The “Blonde and Blonder” actress has also revealed that she has been encouraging her sons - Brandon, ten, and Dylan, eight, both from her failed marriage to rocker Tommy Lee - to give their unwanted belongings to charity in time for Christmas. She adds: “My kids have gone thru their toys and clothes and gave a lot of stuff to shelters to make some room for Santa. It’s a great tradition of ours.”

Pamela is determined to enjoy the festive season and is trying not to think about her split from Rock too much. She said: “I’m keeping busy. Even though I know it’s for the best it is still stomach turning going through a divorce, I really was swept up for a minute.” “Our family is very happy now though and definitely in the Christmas spirit. Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock may have split over animal rights issues.

The “Blonde and Blonder” actress is a keen animal rights activist while her rocker husband loved to go hunting.

In an interview given before the couple filed for divorce, Pammy was asked if her PETA campaigning meant Rock would have to give up his bloody hobby.

Rock replied: “No, I shoot the deer and she saves it.”

A furious Pamela responded: “What did you say? That’s divorce right there. You shoot anything, it’s over.”

The pair are also rumored to have fallen out over Rock’s mother’s decision to wear fur to the couple’s wedding ceremony on a yacht in St. Tropez in July. A source said: “Pam knew it was a slap in the face.”

Pamela is a prominent member of animal rights group PETA and has been actively involved in a number of anti-fur protests. Meanwhile, friends of Rock - real name Bob Richie - have claimed the actress went out every night of their marriage and left him to look after his son Robert James Richie Jr. and Pammy’s two sons, Brandon and Dylan. A source told the New York Post newspaper: “Bob rearranged his life for Pamela. He moved from Detroit - something he said he would never do - and moved his son to L.A. to be with her.” “Pamela would go out almost every night and end up at photographer David LaChapelle’s studio. Bob was home alone with the three kids.”
