Although Larry Birkhead, former lover of Anna Nicole Smith, has not updated his Web site since November – when Smith would have turned 40 – the home page underwent a moving makeover on Friday, the first anniversary of her death:

Debra Opri says the only subject of negotiation is “how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father.”

As TMZ has been reporting, Stern has been asking Birkhead for some involvement in Dannielynn’s financial affairs after paternity is established. Now Opri says, “There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion.”

Opri tells TMZ she did not want to respond to Stern’s overtures until after the funeral. Birkhead’s hardline stance now puts the ball in Stern’s court — will he submit Dannielynn for DNA testing or will the fight escalate?

According to TMZ  Larry Birkhead has met the infant he believes is his daughter

Birkhead and Howard K. Stern have been in settlement negotiations for several days. Birkhead’s lawyer, Debra Opri, told TMZ paternity and custody of the little girl are not negotiable. But it would seem Stern is showing signs of bending by allowing Birkhead to visit with the baby.

The meeting took place this past weekend at Horizons in the Bahamas, the house in which Stern is currently living.
