Ronson was arrested for DUI during her drive from Vegas to L.A. on Monday, as reported by TMZ. Law enforcement sources reported that Ronson’s blood alcohol level totaled more than twice the legal limit.

Ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan, a regularly positive influence, and other sources close to Ronson have noticed a recent increase in the DJ’s partying and drinking.

The Mean Girls star, who was caught tripping and falling in New York recently, took another spill while out on the town with party pals Paris and Nicky Hilton in Malibu Friday night.

And who did she blame for the embarrassing tumble?

“Omg, I’m so embarrassed, paparazzi just blinded me with flashes again, as I was walking into dinner,” Lohan tweeted Friday night. “They pushed me and I tripped, hurt.”

This isn’t the second—or even third—time the 25-year-old actress has fallen, though, so we’re on the fence about her pap-pushing explanation.

And now that former frenemies Linds and Paris have officially reunited, something tells us there will be more shenanigans and spills to come.

She was said to have grabbed the wrist of a woman who tried to take her picture at the Paul & Andre Hollywood nightclub. The incident was said to have happened in the wee hours of Sunday morning.

Reportedly, someone with Lindsay grabbed the snapper’s camera and dropped it into a bucket of ice. A source said, “We didn’t press charges because we thought it was funny at first. We were all drunk. But then we figured out when we got home that the camera was broken because water seeped in. The memory card, though, was still good.”

The snitch went on to reveal, “Lindsay appeared to be belligerently drunk. She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place. She was being stupid. When she grabbed my friend’s wrist, another woman who was with Lindsay grabbed the camera. She kept saying ‘I need that camera’ over and over again. So the woman got it and sunk it into the ice bucket.”

Now, Lindsay is denying the reports! Of course she is. She took to Twitter to say, “Site “lies” about @LindsayLohan possibly being “drunk” and in a club “ruckus” ?”

I guess there would’ve been one way to prove it….give her an alcohol/drug test…but it’s probably too late for that now, isn’t it?

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly branded Paris Hilton “mean” for making fun of her.

The troubled actress – who is currently facing a misdemeanour theft charge for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles jeweller – is upset about a joke the socialite makes in an episode of her new reality series ‘The World According to Paris’.

In the show a homeless woman mistakes Paris for Lindsay and says she will give a pair of earring the star has just gifted her to her sister, and tell her they are “from Lindsay”.

Paris corrects the woman, then on a voiceover to the clip jokes: “If I were Lindsay, I’d be stealing the earrings, not giving them away.”

According to website TMZ.com, Lindsay has reacted badly and has been telling friends: “Paris is mean. You don’t have to make fun of serious matters in people’s lives to be funny.”

If convicted of stealing the necklace, Lindsay is likely to be sent to jail. Last week she was also found in breach of her probation in connection to the case and sentenced to 120 days in prison, which she was bailed from, and 480 hours of community service.

Paris and Lindsay have had a turbulent relationship since 2006, when the latter was accused of getting too close to Paris’ ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos.

The “Soul Surfer” actor opens up about his struggles in an interview with Newsweek, where he admits that he began using the drug casually at first, but then found himself falling deeper into a downward spiral as a result of its prevalence in Hollywood.

“Cocaine was even in the budgets of movies, thinly disguised,” he says. “It was petty cash, you know. It was supplied, basically, on movie sets because everyone was doing it. People would make deals. Instead of having a cocktail, you’d have a line.

“So it was insidious, the way it snuck up on everybody. Coming from where I came from – lower-middle-class life, from Houston into Hollywood – and all of a sudden this success starts happening to you, I just didn’t know how to handle that. Doing blow just contributed to me not being able to handle the fame, which, at the time, I guess I felt I didn’t deserve.”

Things spiraled out of control for the actor in the late 1980s, when he was filming “The Big Easy.”

“I was a mess. I was getting an hour of sleep a night. I had a reputation for being a ‘bad boy,’ which seemed like good thing, but basically I just had my head stuck up my ass. I’d wake up, snort a line, and swear I wasn’t going to do it again that day. But then 4 o’clock rolled around, and I’d be right back down the same road like a little squirrel on one of those treadmills.”

Quaid said he entered rehab after having one of those “white-light” experiences one night, but things only became more difficult once he was sober and had to face his problems head on.

“That time in my life – those years in the ‘90s recovering – actually chiseled me into a person. It gave me the resolve and a resilience to persevere in life. In the end, it taught me humility.”

But while Quaid may have conquered his demons, it appears his brother Randy has not been so successful.

Currently on the run from police after failing to appear in court for felony vandalism charges stemming from an incident in October of last year, Randy Quaid, 60, and his wife Evi have sought asylum in Canada. The two have expressed their fear for their lives in the United States after  numerous actors like David Carradine and Heath Ledger have been “murdered” under mysterious circumstances.

Dennis Quaid said of his brother’s situation, “ I love my brother. That’s all I can say. I love my brother and I miss my brother. That’s all I’m going to say.”

Now a source close to Lindsay Lohan said the troubled actress will audition for a role in director Zack Snyder’s upcoming “Superman” reboot this week, Radar Online reported Monday.

“Lindsay plans to return from New York on Wednesday and meet with producers and read with an actor who is up for the role of Lex Luthor,” the source said.

Lohan, 24, would reportedly be reading for a role as a villain. That means she could be auditioning for the rule of Miss Teschmacher, Luthor’s sexy accomplice, played in the 1978 original by Valerie Perrine.

The “Mean Girls” star will go on trial for felony grand theft this month. She is charged with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly walking out of a jewelry boutique without paying for a $2,500 gold necklace on Jan. 22 in Venice, Calif.

On March 23, Lohan rejected a plea deal that would include a 90-day jail sentence and opted to take her chances at a trial. If found guilty at the trial, she will likely be sentenced to jail. A source close to the “Superman” production said Lohan’s potential jail time “almost certainly would coincide with the production schedule.”

If cast in the “Superman” reboot, Lohan would join a cast that includes Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams, Kevin Costner and Diane Lane.

Lohan has also reportedly been offered a role as Sharon Tate, the actress who was murdered by followers of Charles Manson in 1969, in an upcoming movie about Manson, according to TMZ.

The actress is due in court to tell a judge whether she plans to enter a plea agreement that would end the case before trial. A judge on Thursday will detail the next step in the case, which may be a preliminary hearing during which prosecutors lay out evidence against the “Mean Girls” star.

The source told the Associated Press of Lohan’s intentions on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the case.

She has pleaded not guilty to taking a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store without permission in January, roughly three weeks after she was released from rehab.

Sources tell us Shawn Holley and Lindsay decided to call Berk and ask her to review the evidence in the case and strategize with Lindsay.  Sources tell TMZ … Holley met with Lindsay and Dina for hours yesterday at Holley’s office.  That meeting was followed by a lengthy conversation between Holley and Berk, and the two decided Lindsay should continue the discussion with Berk today.

Holley is and will continue to be Lindsay’s lawyer, but in this kind of a pickle, two heads are better than one.

Berk, by the way, is the lawyer who repped Lindsay when she got her 2 DUI’s … and managed to get her off with a legal slap on the wrist.  One of the main reasons Berk is meeting with Lindsay — she was the lawyer in the case the has now led to the probation violation.

It’s likely Berk and Lindsay will discuss the D.A.’s plea offer, which would require her to accept 6 months in jail.

The owner of Kamofie & Company is making a claim that the “Mean Girls” star walked out of the store with the $2,500 necklace on January 22, yet the incident wasn’t reported to the police until the 23rd.

The store owner has said she tried to contact Lindsay’s camp on the 22nd, but failed to reach anyone.

In order to charge Lohan, who claims the store loaned her the necklace, the D.A. must prove she had a specific intention to permanently take the item as she walked out the door – which may be a difficult task.

Palm Desert police conducted a battery investigation at the scene at about 1 a.m. on Dec. 12. “The victim desired prosecution,” says Sgt. Joe Borja of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. “The incident is being investigated as a misdemeanor.”

A source close to Lohan, 24, says the actress denies pushing the woman first. The staffer scolded Lohan for allegedly returning past curfew after spending the evening at a local bar, TMZ reports.

It isn’t known whether she had been drinking; the Betty Ford Center regularly tests patients for alcohol and drugs.

Lohan, 24, has been at the Rancho Mirage, Calif., facility since Sept. 28, and was ordered by a Beverly Hills judge to remain there until at least Jan. 3.

It remains to be seen whether the incident would be deemed a violation of Lohan’s probation terms stemming from her ongoing DUI case. A violation could send her back to jail.

As of Tuesday, Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox, who’s overseeing her case, has not been notified, according to a court source.
