After trips to London and Atlantic City, N.J., Lohan, 23, is back in Los Angeles, where she has been out late for three consecutive nights.

On Tuesday, the starlet arrived at Bardot Hollywood after 1 a.m., where her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, 32, was deejaying. According to a source, Ronson asked security to stay by her side until Lohan left the club. “She wouldn’t leave, and at the end of the night, you could tell she was waiting for Sam,” the source says, noting that Lohan texted her ex, who ignored the message.

“They never talked at all, though, and Sam was definitely avoiding [her],” the source says.

A similar scene played out the night before – this time at Teddy’s inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, where Ronson was also deejaying. Lohan, who asked for a table near Ronson and was denied, was “a total mess,” a witness says. “She looked really drunk when she arrived and seemed so out of it,” the witness tells PEOPLE.

The actress was out again on Wednesday night, acting “aloof” at West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont – though this time her ex-girlfriend wasn’t anywhere in sight.

Meanwhile, her ex Kevin Federline took girlfriend Victoria Prince for a special Valentine’s dinner to Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Woodland Hills, Calif. “Kevin and Victoria had a early steak dinner and looked very happy to be spending the day together,” a source says. “When the couple left the restaurant, they held hands and looked very in love.”

Looking stylish in an all-black ensemble, the 51-year-old singer was chauffeured over to the dinner date held at the Adour by Alain Ducasse restaurant at the St Regis Hotel.

Once inside, Madge and her Oscar-winning ex-husband reportedly spent three and a half hours together inside the swanky Manhattan property.

A week ago, Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush were spotted togethero in New Orleans, as the NFL star dined with the sex tape star after she attended a charity function on Saturday night.

According to sources, this was a lot more than a one-time meal between former lovers.

Since their rendezvous, insiders have told Perez Hilton that Kim is reorganizing her schedule (of posing in bikinis and standing on red carpets) so she may spend the next three weeks with Bush.

“Reggie is training, and Kim will stay in the house he asked her to move into before they broke up,” said a friend of the couple. “Reggie is doing his best to convince Kim to give him another shot. They spent last weekend together, holed up at his house, only going out publicly to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on Monday. Kim had a hotel room, but she hardly stayed in it.”

We here at PopCrunch love all the top 100 lists that come out this time of year. FHM, Maxim, AskMen, we read them all. But while we enjoy these lists, we still have always thought they were flawed. So with that in mind, we figured we’d give it a shot ourselves. Our goal with making this list was to avoid the cliche as much as possible, while still picking out the hottest women in the world. While you’ll still see lots of familiar names (that’s inevitable with a list this size) you’ll also hopefully find a few dozen women you’ve never heard of who might become favorites. Meanwhile, Miss Duff has been busy plotting out her plans for a return to television, as she recently signed a one-year development deal with NBC.

Details of the deal have yet to be worked out for Duff, but Teri Weinberg, executive vice president of NBC Entertainment, had high praises as she said Duff was “an incredibly versatile talent with a huge following.”
