Pamela Anderson’s on/off marriage to new husband Rick Salomon appears to be off again - the actress has served her spouse with divorce papers.

The former ‘Baywatch’ star first filed legal papers for the dissolution of her then-two-month-old marriage on December 14, citing irreconcilable differences.

Two days later, Anderson, who wed her longtime friend Salomon in Las Vegas on October 6, claimed the couple was “working things out”.

However, according to CelebTV.com, Anderson’s lawyer filed a proof of summons document last Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The documentation shows Salomon was served with divorce papers on December 15. He has 30 days to file a response to the 40-year-old’s divorce claim.

Anderson has previously been married to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, while Salomon’s ex-wives are Elizabeth Daily and Shannen Doherty.

Anderson’s marriage to Kid Rock was similarly short-lived - they divorced after less than six months as husband and wife.

According to court documents first obtained by CelebTV.com, the former playboy playmate has filed for divorce against her husband of just over two months.

On Dec. 14, Anderson filed a claim for dissolution of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Anderson, 40, and Salomon, 39, a longtime pal, tied the knot on Oct. 6 at the Mirage Hotel Las Vegas. It was the third marriage for both.

The Baywatch babe was previously married to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.  Salomon, who is best known as Paris Hilton’s partner in the infamous sex tape, “One Night in Paris,” was once married to actress Shannen Doherty of Beverly Hills 90210 fame.

Hulk Hogan’s estranged wife Linda is seeking half of the couple’s more than $9.5 million in assets, including a share of the value of their Bel Air mansion.

In her divorce filing, Linda Bollea, who appeared with her husband [real name: Terry Bollea] and their children during four seasons of VH1’s reality series Hogan Knows Best, calls the 24-year marriage “irretrievably broken,” the St. Petersburg Times reports.

Citing the divorce petition filed in Florida’s Pinellas Pasco Circuit Court, the newspaper says Linda, 46, wants to share parental responsibility for their son Nick, 17, with whom she hopes with live while her husband has “liberal” visitation rights. The couple’s eldest child, daughter Brooke Hogan, 19, is not legally subject to child support requirements.

Linda also seeks an unspecified amount in alimony and child support from the 53-year-old wrestler, as well as health insurance for Nick, who has been charged with reckless driving in a car crash in August in Clearwater in which Nick’s passenger was severely injured. As for money, Linda is seeking to split the couple’s assets, which include the 17,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion where the family primarily lives and a 3,474-square-foot home in Clearwater Beach, Fla., as well as a condo under construction in Las Vegas. The two existing homes alone are worth nearly $9.5 million, the petition says.

Kate Hudson is officially single again after she and estranged husband Chris Robinson filed their signed divorce papers in a Los Angeles court on Monday.

Hudson and The Black Crowes frontman Robinson’s six-year marriage will now be permanently ended when a judge signs off the papers.

The pair, who split last year, have agreed to joint custody of their three-year-old son Ryder.

Robinson filed for divorce in November 2006.

Hollywood couple Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have finalised their divorce, according to court documents.

Witherspoon cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce on November 8 last year.

The couple were married for seven years and have two children, eight-year-old daughter Ava and three-year-old son Deacon.

Witherspoon, 31, and Phillippe, 33, co-starred in the 1999 movie Cruel Intentions and married that year. Their separation was announced on October 30 last year.

Witherspoon won the best-actress Academy Award last year for her portrayal of June Carter Cash in Walk The Line.

She can next be seen in Rendition, due out later this month.

Phillippe co-starred in Crash, which won the best-picture Oscar last year. Other recent credits include the Second World War drama Flags Of Our Fathers and Breach, which was released earlier this year.

Court documents confirming the divorce were first posted by the celebrity Web site CelebTV.com.

Charlie Sheen says the FBI was “aware of” ex-wife Denise Richard’s allegations that he viewed child pornography, and has taken no action.

Responding to Richards’s most recent court filing in their custody battle, Sheen, 41, says in a statement released Monday that for 18 months Richards herself filed “not a single complaint” about the welfare of their daughters – and that her attacks only began after he asked to pick his own nannies.

“I have asked that the court eliminate Ms. Richards’s ability to abuse and harass us any longer,” said Sheen, who has accused Richards of using the nannies as spies on his personal life. “One can only imagine what we’ve withstood thus far.”

In her filing, Richards accuses Sheen of “an attraction to underage women,” an allegation she made earlier, providing numerous printouts of porn Web sites he allegedly visited during their marriage. The filing has not been released publicly, but a copy has been reviewed by PEOPLE.

“The FBI was aware of these issues,” Sheen states. “I provided them with every computer I owned. The computers were returned two weeks later. Haven’t heard from them since. Period. The end.”

As of now, a childcare provider must accompany Sheen and fiancée Brooke Mueller whenever they’re with daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2.

Richards, 36, also alleged in her filing that Sheen’s engagement to Mueller is fake and a media stunt, based on what Mueller told her.

Mueller, denying Richards claims, responded alongside Sheen’s statement Monday, saying: “There are huge concerns about how Denise’s emotions are impacting her judgment.”

Richards had no comment to Sheen’s latest statement.

Britney Spears has finalised her divorce from Kevin Federline.

The official papers were filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday (30.07.07) and signed in the afternoon by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon.

Britney’s lawyer Laura Wasser said after the hearing: “They are divorced. Everything is finalised.

“I think she’s OK with the terms. She would like to be with the kids more. She said that. She thinks Kevin would like that too.

“I think both of them would prefer to have more custody, and that can be worked out down the line.”

Great now Britney can focus 100% on losing the rest of her mind and career, no more Federline distractions.

Criss’ estranged wife Joanne Sarantakos is filing for divorce and has accused the illusionist of having an affair with Cameron.

Sarantakos - who hired a private investigator to see if Criss was being unfaithful - claims their five-year marriage broke down when Criss became famous and started seeing Cameron.

Sarantakos’ lawyer Dominic Barbara reportedly told Nassau County court: “We’re naming Cameron Diaz as his lover. We will subpoena her as soon as she comes back to New York.”

It has also been claimed Criss kept his wife a “secret” to further his career.

Sarantakos’ father Richard Winkhart fumed: “His personal life is an illusion.

“When his career took a jump forward, he became a different person. My daughter was never acknowledged as his wife. He told her it was better having a single image, than a married image.”

David Hasselhoff was awarded primary custody of his two daughters on Friday, his attorney tells PEOPLE.

Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas ruled that Hasselhoff’s ex-wife, Pamela Bach, could visit the teen-aged girls on alternate weekends and on Wednesday nights for dinner, says lawyer Melvin S. Goldsman.

“If, down the road, the kids are comfortable seeing her more, Mr. Hasselhoff has said he will let his children see their mother as often as they want to,” Goldsman says.

The former Baywatch star and now a judge on America’s Got Talent left the courtroom smiling, telling reporters it was “a beautiful day to go to the beach.”

“The judge said today, ‘Enough – enough is enough, these children have been through enough,’” Hasselhoff said.

Bach didn’t comment, but was seen crying in the courthouse hallway.
