Reports are circulating that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are married after impulsively tying the knot during a small ceremony on an island, according to Latina magazine.

Only a few close pals, including Da Brat, attended the nuptials, the publication says. The New York Post also reports that the couple got secretly married. However, there has been no official confirmation of the wedding. Reps for both Cannon and Carey were not available for comment.

Meanwhile,Access Hollywood, has reported that the two are engaged – but some blogs are buzzing about whether the alleged marriage is merely to hype Carey’s new video, which stars Cannon.

Still, there is evidence at least the engagement may be real. Earlier this week, Carey, 39, was seen sporting a large ring as she and Cannon, 27, held hands at the bash at Cadillac Lounge at Tenjune after the premiere of her movie Tennessee at New York’s Tribeca Film Festival.

The ring, jeweler Jacob & Co. confirmed to PEOPLE, is crafted from platinum and features a square, emerald-cut fancy light pink diamond in the center, surrounded by 58 intense pink diamonds, flanked by two half-moon diamonds. The total carat weight of the ring – the center stone alone is 10 carats – is a jaw-dropping 17 carats, with a value of $2.5 million.

Asked last weekend what he loved about Carey, Cannon told PEOPLE: “Everything.”

Mario Lopez and Dancing with the Stars pro dancer Karina Smirnoff have recently split, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

The couple, who met during Dancing’s third season, never publicly acknowledged their relationship despite the fact that the pair were living together in Lopez’s Los Angeles home. A source tells PEOPLE Smirnoff is moving out of Lopez’s digs.

Lopez’s personal rep, Lisa Perkins, says, “It’s my policy to not comment on my client’s personal life.”

Smirnoff, who is now competing on Dancing’s sixth season with R&B star Mario, has been spotted recently with E! Entertainment personality Michael Yo. The two were seen dancing and canoodling at a recent event at Hollywood eatery Beso.

Lopez, meanwhile, is starring in A Chorus Line on Broadway, and recently returned to the ballroom with 18 Chorus Line dancers to tape a synchronized number to air on Dancing’s 100th episode on May 6. He’s also about to embark on a national tour to promote his upcoming book, Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness.

The Pink-Carey Hart split, TMZ has learned, is a story as old as wage labor: Their careers just plain got in the way.

Sources close to Carey Hart tell TMZ that the motocrosser is telling people that he and his ex still love each other and “will remain best friends.” The downfall of the marriage came as a result of careers getting in the way. Pink has headed back to the studio to work on her music, while Carey is busy opening new nightclubs.

TMZ has also learned that Hart is opening the first of his new brainchildren — a spot called “Wasted Space” — at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas in May. The club will be a live music venue that will feature new rock bands — and music legends.

TMZ has learned the divorce between Pam Anderson and Rick Salomon is back on and Pam is pregnant!

You’ll recall Anderson filed for divorce last month, but called it off just days later. But sources tell TMZ she is now moving forward with the divorce, even though we know she’s pregnant with his baby.

Salomon has told friends he believes she is “acting crazy” because of the pregnancy and hopes she will settle back into the marriage. Interestingly, in her divorce petition, Anderson asked for spousal support but not child support.

The couple were married in Las Vegas on October 6.

Pamela Anderson’s on/off marriage to new husband Rick Salomon appears to be off again - the actress has served her spouse with divorce papers.

The former ‘Baywatch’ star first filed legal papers for the dissolution of her then-two-month-old marriage on December 14, citing irreconcilable differences.

Two days later, Anderson, who wed her longtime friend Salomon in Las Vegas on October 6, claimed the couple was “working things out”.

However, according to CelebTV.com, Anderson’s lawyer filed a proof of summons document last Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The documentation shows Salomon was served with divorce papers on December 15. He has 30 days to file a response to the 40-year-old’s divorce claim.

Anderson has previously been married to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock, while Salomon’s ex-wives are Elizabeth Daily and Shannen Doherty.

Anderson’s marriage to Kid Rock was similarly short-lived - they divorced after less than six months as husband and wife.

According to court documents first obtained by CelebTV.com, the former playboy playmate has filed for divorce against her husband of just over two months.

On Dec. 14, Anderson filed a claim for dissolution of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

Anderson, 40, and Salomon, 39, a longtime pal, tied the knot on Oct. 6 at the Mirage Hotel Las Vegas. It was the third marriage for both.

The Baywatch babe was previously married to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.  Salomon, who is best known as Paris Hilton’s partner in the infamous sex tape, “One Night in Paris,” was once married to actress Shannen Doherty of Beverly Hills 90210 fame.

Hulk Hogan’s estranged wife Linda is seeking half of the couple’s more than $9.5 million in assets, including a share of the value of their Bel Air mansion.

In her divorce filing, Linda Bollea, who appeared with her husband [real name: Terry Bollea] and their children during four seasons of VH1’s reality series Hogan Knows Best, calls the 24-year marriage “irretrievably broken,” the St. Petersburg Times reports.

Citing the divorce petition filed in Florida’s Pinellas Pasco Circuit Court, the newspaper says Linda, 46, wants to share parental responsibility for their son Nick, 17, with whom she hopes with live while her husband has “liberal” visitation rights. The couple’s eldest child, daughter Brooke Hogan, 19, is not legally subject to child support requirements.

Linda also seeks an unspecified amount in alimony and child support from the 53-year-old wrestler, as well as health insurance for Nick, who has been charged with reckless driving in a car crash in August in Clearwater in which Nick’s passenger was severely injured. [Authorities just released tapes of the 911 calls reporting the accident].

As for money, Linda is seeking to split the couple’s assets, which include the 17,000-square-foot Bel Air mansion where the family primarily lives and a 3,474-square-foot home in Clearwater Beach, Fla., as well as a condo under construction in Las Vegas. The two existing homes alone are worth nearly $9.5 million, the petition says.

Kate Hudson is officially single again after she and estranged husband Chris Robinson filed their signed divorce papers in a Los Angeles court on Monday.

Hudson and The Black Crowes frontman Robinson’s six-year marriage will now be permanently ended when a judge signs off the papers.

The pair, who split last year, have agreed to joint custody of their three-year-old son Ryder.

Robinson filed for divorce in November 2006.

Hollywood couple Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have finalised their divorce, according to court documents.

Witherspoon cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce on November 8 last year.

The couple were married for seven years and have two children, eight-year-old daughter Ava and three-year-old son Deacon.

Witherspoon, 31, and Phillippe, 33, co-starred in the 1999 movie Cruel Intentions and married that year. Their separation was announced on October 30 last year.

Witherspoon won the best-actress Academy Award last year for her portrayal of June Carter Cash in Walk The Line.

She can next be seen in Rendition, due out later this month.

Phillippe co-starred in Crash, which won the best-picture Oscar last year. Other recent credits include the Second World War drama Flags Of Our Fathers and Breach, which was released earlier this year.

Court documents confirming the divorce were first posted by the celebrity Web site CelebTV.com.
