Charlie Sheen’s character is set to be written out of ‘Two and a Half Men’ by moving to Paris.

The troubled actor was fired from the sitcom and replaced by Ashton Kutcher after feuding with creator Chuck Lorre and bosses have reportedly decided to use the final scenes he shot as bad boy Charlie Harper – which see him and his stalker Rose leaving for the airport to catch a flight to the French capital – to explain his character’s absence when the show returns.

Sources close to the production told gossip website TMZ there are no plans to kill Harper off in a plane crash but instead it will be revealed he has decided to relocate to Paris.

After landing a role in the sitcom – where he will work with co-stars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones – Ashton claimed he felt like he had “won the lottery”.

He said: “I’ve never probably in my 13 years in show business received more phone calls and emails from people congratulating me on this job.

“You’d almost think I won the lottery or something, which I kind of did. I’ve got the best job in showbusiness, and I am ecstatic about that.”

We’re told Charlie feels so strongly about getting both physical and legal custody of the twins, he wants to deliver his message personally to the judge.

Charlie, along with his lawyer, Mark Gross, will argue that Brooke Mueller is unfit to care for their kids, given her recent relapse into drugs.

According to multiple people inside the Fox Theatre … the majority of the audience heckled not only Charlie, but his buddy Simon Rex, who came out and started rapping. At one point, Sheen tried to deflect the angry crowd by pointing out that he had his own app … and they didn’t (see video above).

That went on for about 30 minutes … and the crowd was initially cheering for Charlie. He even sent out a twitpic of the enthusiastic audience

… they played the new track, “Winning” … which Snoop Dogg recorded for Charlie. We’re told that got the crowd fired up … but when neither Snoop nor Charlie came out on stage they started booing again.

At that point most of the crowd started walking out — and the house lights were turned on. We’re told Charlie did come back on stage briefly and invited the people who stayed to move up closer to the stage … but then he started complaining about his audio and walked off the stage.

Ouch. Who would have thought that an egomaniacal drug addict couldn’t pull off an entertaining live show that he only had about two weeks to prepare for? The next thing you’re gonna tell me is that there isn’t a Santa Claus. Well then who ate the cookies and milk I left out?

Brooke “Crazy Eyes” Mueller has had a temporary restraining order placed on Sheen, prohibiting from having contact with his twin sons.

That order expires on Tuesday, and while she had an option to seek a permanent restraining order, Mueller’s lawyers told the judge it’s no longer a priority.

I really don’t want to have to say the W-word, but you know what it is. Duh.

According to RadarOnline, the Golden Globe winner’s trailer was driven off the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, California (home of the sitcom “Two and a Half Men”) last week, and in the film named ‘Operation Greyhound’ Charlie and a few friends conjure up a plan to rescue the actor’s trailer from the lot without getting caught.

Charlie’s Mullholland Estate home served as the location for shooting ‘Operation Greyhound,’ RadarOnline reports.

Charlie recently announced his Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth comedy tour, which kicks off in Detroit on April 2.

But that last combo is in the works. (No, not in a spinoff of Two and a Half Men with David Stern starring as the little guy.) The bombastic Dallas Mavericks owner confirmed to ESPNDallas.com that he has had talks with Sheen about doing a talk show, a reality program or something else for Cuban’s HDNet cable network.

“We’ll do something together, but it’s not certain it will be a show,” Cuban said. “It’ll come down to what he wants do and what his situation is. We’ll just figure it out from there, but it’s a unique opportunity, I’ll say that.”

Why not Sheen as the play-by-play man for Mavericks games? I’d pay to hear his screech on referees, tattoos and LeBron. It probably wouldn’t be long before the FCC shut him down, but it would be good while it lasted.

Embroiled in a bitter custody dispute with estranged wife Brooke Mueller, the actor dropped hints Thursday that an agreement was in the works that would keep them out of court for now.

Following a report of a hearing Monday concerning their twin sons, Sheen said on his new Twitter page, “not sure what all the legal noise is about … just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay.”

He adds, “Yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish …. odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha’!”

Sheen, 45, provided no more details about the deal, and lawyers were not available for comment.

A source close to Mueller’s family confirms that both sides have been talking.

“Brooke is thinking over Charlie’s offer and has not decided if she will take it,” the source tells PEOPLE. “Brooke is very fragile right now.”

Police officers visited Sheen’s Beverly Hills mansion late Tuesday night and took his 23-month-old boys, Bob and Max, away from the actor and delivered them to Mueller after she won a restraining order based on her allegations that Sheen was physically and verbally abusive to her.

The children remain in her custody.

The troubled actor – who filed for divorce in November – has agreed to pay the real estate agent $55,000 a month in child support for their 22-month-old twins Bob and Max, a lump sum of $757,698.70 and $1 million for her share of the family home, which the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star will keep.

Charlie – who also has a 26-year-old daughter Cassandra from a previous relationship with Paula Profit and Sam, six, and Lola, five, with ex-wife Denise Richards – and Brooke will get joint custody of the twins, though Brooke will get primary physical custody.

According to gossip website TMZ, the settlement details state: “Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.”

Under Californian law, a divorce decree isn’t granted until six months after papers are filed, meaning it will not be complete until May 2.

Charlie and Brooke – who married on May 30, 200 – have been estranged since a domestic incident on Christmas Day 2009 (25.12.09).

The 45-year-old star is currently receiving rehab treatment at home after seeking help when he was taken to hospital following a 36-hour drink and drugs binge.

A source close to Brooke Mueller tells E! News that Sheen’s estranged ex has been informed that he “will be OK.”

OK enough so that she can wait to see him until after she’s done shooting her reality show for the day, at least.

“Brooke is currently filming for her reality show at her house and will be shooting for the next couple of hours,” the source says. “She will check in on Charlie later and possibly visit him at the hospital. She still doesn’t know exactly what happened or what is wrong with Charlie but she was told he is OK.”

Not to worry, Sheen, who was hospitalized this morning with what his rep said were severe abdominal pains, isn’t going through this alone—dad Martin Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards were seen arriving at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center not long after Sheen was admitted.

“Thank you so much for you kind and supportive messages..it means a lot …thank u…xo,” Richards tweeted to her fans.

A Sheen pal told Extra, meanwhile, that the Two and a Half Men star aggravated a hernia injury by…wait for it…laughing too hard on set, and a source says Sheen’s first words from his hospital bed were, “I’m not dying.”

TMZ which first reported Sheen’s hospitalization, quotes a source saying that Sheen had been partying since Tuesday with a small co-ed group that included—shut up!—two porn stars and, at sometime yesterday, someone showed up at the actor’s house with a briefcase full of cocaine.

Sheen’s long-suffering rep, Stan Rosenfield, told TMZ he “had no idea” whether any of that was true, but that he didn’t believe the website’s source.

Porn star Christina Walsh – known professionally as Capri Anderson – has told friends she felt her life was in danger and she was being held in the room where she was found with Charlie – who was “drunk and naked” and acting wildly when police arrived – against her will, according to gossip site TMZ.

The incident at the Plaza hotel in New York on Tuesday (26.10.10) saw Charlie, 45, breaking a chair and causing damage to several hotel items – reportedly after he couldn’t find his $170,000 Patek Philippe 5970 watch or his wallet, which he accused Christina of stealing.

As this happened Christina – who it has been claimed was to be paid $12,000 by Charlie to sleep with him – locked herself in the bathroom and called hotel security.

The night had earlier seen Christina go on a date with Charlie and his ex-wife, Denise Richards, where the ‘Two and a Half Men’ actor’s behaviour first caused concern. He is reported to have been drinking wine, vodka, and taking cocaine before being found with the Class A drug all over his face and his clothes off in a bathroom of a restaurant where he had tried to have sex with Christina.

Last night (29.10.10) the porn star also broke her silence, posting on her website: “Yes it’s me, the mysterious hotel girl that everyone is talking about.

“There really is not much to say, but I just want everyone to know – I’m fine. Please don’t believe everything you hear in the news.”

New York City police officers are not thought to be pressing any charges against Charlie.
