Brad Pitt came to his girlfriend Angelina Jolie’s rescue at the European premiere of her new film Beowulf on Sunday, by helping her cover-up when her leather trousers split at the back.

Pitt and Jolie were on the red carpet in London’s Leicester Square when the actress’ skin-tight black leather trousers started to unstitch around her bottom.

Quick-thinking gentleman Pitt shielded Jolie’s embarrassment from photographers by covering the exposed area with his hand.

Jolie didn’t have the best entrance to the event - she also stepped in a piece of chewing gum which stuck itself to the heel of her $1,200 (€1,700) Christian Louboutin stilettos.

Actress Angelina Jolie has cancelled plans to give a lecture in Italy this week, amid reports she is pregnant with her and Brad Pitt’s second biological child.

The ‘Tomb Raider’ beauty was due to give a talk at the Pio Manzu Centre near Rimini as part of a conference entitled, ‘The Flight Of The Hummingbird - The Future of Children In The Mind And Society Of The World’ - but pulled out at the last minute.

Local newspaper reports claim Jolie cancelled the appearance after discovering she was expecting - and a spokeswoman for the Pio Manzu Centre appeared to ‘confirm’ the media speculation.

Letizia Manjani says: “Angelina cancelled last week. Due to her privacy I can’t confirm her pregnancy, but I can say that the Italian newspapers are correct in their reports.”

Jolie and her boyfriend Pitt have their own biological daughter, 16-month-old Shiloh, as well as their adopted children Maddox, six, Pax, three and Zahara, two.

Pitt recently expressed his desire to expand their family once again by saying: “We’re ready for another one.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are teaming up to produce a new TV series based on the lives of aid workers.

The couple is working on a new small screen project - their first together - for US TV network HBO, which will go behind the scenes of an international aid organisation.

The series is being written by ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’ co-writer Scott Burns, who also produced ‘An Inconvenient Truth’.

Jon Voight, who has been estranged for years from his children Angelina Jolie and James Haven, issued an emotional statement Tuesday following Haven’s harsh words in a recent magazine interview:

“I find it very heartbreaking that my children want to paint a bad portrait of me.

” I feel that it comes from their inability to let go of years of programmed anger from their mother (the late Marchelin Bertrand) who understandably felt quite hurt when we divorced.

“In all truth I tried to give them and their mother continuous love and support and large sums of money.

“God knows for years, I’ve tried to mend this relationship.

“Perhaps the trauma of their mother’s passing has made it worse. I continuously send them my heart and love and I’m always available to them for whatever they may need from me.”

Angelina Jolie has sparked reports of a reconciliation with her estranged father Jon Voight, after he was spotted leaving the New York hotel she is staying in.

The pair have barely spoken since 2002 when Voight angered Jolie by suggesting on TV that his daughter was mentally ill.

Voight has been trying to reconcile with his daughter ever since, admitting recently he has never met her four kids.

A recent rose-bush planting ceremony in a public park - in tribute to his late ex-wife, Jolie’s mother Marcheline Bertrand - was thought to be an attempt to mend the rift.

And it appears to have worked - on Sunday, a grinning Voight was photographed leaving the Waldorf Astoria Hotel where Jolie, Brad Pitt and their children have made their home.

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is stunned by her man-eating reputation, insisting she has only ever slept with four men.

The ‘Tomb Raider’ star claims she has only had sex with current partner Brad Pitt, former husbands Billy-Bob Thornton and Johnny Lee Miller and one other nameless man.

She tells Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine: “It was never true. I had only slept with four men in my life - and I married two of them!”

Angelina Jolie on her past drug use: “I’ve done coke, heroin, ecstasy, LSD, everything,but the one that had the worst effect for me was pot. I felt silly and giggly and I hate feeling like that.” (Yea who doesn’t…..)

Angie on how she once visited a kids theme park while tripping on acid:

“I remember taking LSD before I went to Disneyland.

“I started thinking about Mickey Mouse being a short, middle-aged man in a costume who hates life. Those drugs can be dangerous if you don’t go into it positively – I gave them up long ago.’

It sounds like she’s still on them!  So she’s saying that weed is worse then heroin? If she doesnt like feeling silly or giggly, what happened when she went to Disney World on acid?

Brad Pitt is known for his love of marijuana and I guess he’s not smoking much these days!

In fact, the architecture and remodeling junkie is rumored to own a place in Amsterdam’s Jordaan area in his multinational real estate portfolio.

It has been previously and widely reported that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are “hooked” on marijuana. As reported by the tabloids, the Pitts’ idea of a perfect night is getting high together at home. They allegedly smoke every day, and are open about their marijuana use and are happy to smoke in public or at parties. Rumor has it that the pair were stoned when they met with then-President Bill Clinton.

Angelina Jolie is a disaster in the kitchen - the only thing she can cook is eggs.

The ‘Tomb Raider’ star, who has four children with partner Brad Pitt, makes no apology for the fact she is a domestic nightmare.

She tells OK! magazine: “I can’t cook. That’s the one thing. ‘No’, I said to Brad. ‘But I can make eggs’.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt plan to keep moving their family around the world, in a bid to avoid the prying eyes of the media.

The couple and their four children are based in Los Angeles - but they spend a lot of time in third world countries visiting charity projects.

Jolie says: “I’m cautious about raising them too much in a country where other say: ‘Oh, I saw your parent’s movie.’ I grew up around that myself, and we want to make sure that our own children are somewhat removed from it.”

The Tomb Raider star and Pitt are adoptive parents to Cambodian Maddox, five; Vietnamese Pax Thien, three; Ethiopian Zahara Marley, two; and are biological parents to 15-month-old Shiloh.
