Brad and Angelina haven’t confronted any pregnancy rumors, but today at the Film Independent’s Spirit Awards, the two decided to use a more passive approach — just show the bump!
Angelina Jolie sparked fears for her health after reportedly collapsing on a flight from Iraq to Los Angeles.
The actress visited the war-torn country earlier this month as part of her role as a volunteer for the United Nations’ High Commission for Refugees.
But Jolie, who is rumoured to be pregnant with twins, caused panic on her trip back to America after reportedly collapsing in her seat.
According to US publication Life & Style the star was given oxygen and treated by medics before being given the all clear.
A source tells the magazine: “She started to get swollen ankles and nosebleeds and started having leg cramps. She fainted in her seat.”
The reports also claim Jolie was offered the chance to stop off and break the journey before continuing on to LA but she insisted on staying aboard the flight.

BAGHDAD - Angelina Jolie brought her star power to Baghdad on Thursday on a mission as a U.N. goodwill ambassador to highlight the plight of Iraqi refugees.
The actress said there needs to be a more coherent plan as the more than 2 million internally displaced Iraqis begin to trickle back to their homes amid a recent lull in violence that had threatened to spark a civil war in the country.
“There’s lots of goodwill and lots of discussion, but there seems to be just a lot of talk at the moment,” Jolie said in excerpts of an interview aired on CNN.
“What happens in Iraq and how Iraq settles in the years to come is going to affect the entire Middle East,” she added. “And a big part of what it’s going to affect, how it settles, is how these people are returned and settled into their homes and their community and brought back together and whether they can live together and what their communities look like.”
Jolie’s itinerary included meetings with the top U.S. commander in Iraq Gen. David Petraeus, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and Iraqi migration officials during her visit, according to the American Embassy.
AP Television News footage also showed the Academy Award-winning actress mingling with American troops during lunch at a dining facility in the heavily guarded Green Zone, which houses the embassy and Iraqi government offices in central Baghdad.

Another close insider says that the actress is expecting twins with her longtime love Brad Pitt. “They run in the Pitt family - his sister, Julie, has twin girls,” the friend explains. The pregnancy news has made Angelina, who reportedly had been seeking fertility treatment, very happy. But that’s not all. The couple still plans to adopt an Ethiopian girl later this year. “They decided long before they learned Angelina is expecting,” the insider says. With a possibility of three babies in 2008, in addition to Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh, their home will be noisier than ever.

Brad Pitt came to his girlfriend Angelina Jolie’s rescue at the European premiere of her new film Beowulf on Sunday, by helping her cover-up when her leather trousers split at the back.
Pitt and Jolie were on the red carpet in London’s Leicester Square when the actress’ skin-tight black leather trousers started to unstitch around her bottom.
Quick-thinking gentleman Pitt shielded Jolie’s embarrassment from photographers by covering the exposed area with his hand.
Jolie didn’t have the best entrance to the event - she also stepped in a piece of chewing gum which stuck itself to the heel of her $1,200 (€1,700) Christian Louboutin stilettos.

Actress Angelina Jolie has cancelled plans to give a lecture in Italy this week, amid reports she is pregnant with her and Brad Pitt’s second biological child.
The ‘Tomb Raider’ beauty was due to give a talk at the Pio Manzu Centre near Rimini as part of a conference entitled, ‘The Flight Of The Hummingbird - The Future of Children In The Mind And Society Of The World’ - but pulled out at the last minute.
Local newspaper reports claim Jolie cancelled the appearance after discovering she was expecting - and a spokeswoman for the Pio Manzu Centre appeared to ‘confirm’ the media speculation.
Letizia Manjani says: “Angelina cancelled last week. Due to her privacy I can’t confirm her pregnancy, but I can say that the Italian newspapers are correct in their reports.”
Jolie and her boyfriend Pitt have their own biological daughter, 16-month-old Shiloh, as well as their adopted children Maddox, six, Pax, three and Zahara, two.
Pitt recently expressed his desire to expand their family once again by saying: “We’re ready for another one.”
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are teaming up to produce a new TV series based on the lives of aid workers.
The couple is working on a new small screen project - their first together - for US TV network HBO, which will go behind the scenes of an international aid organisation.
The series is being written by ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’ co-writer Scott Burns, who also produced ‘An Inconvenient Truth’.
