Basinger-Baldwin Custody Battle Nearly Over
June 1st, 2007 by admin in Celebrity, Kim Basinger, Alec BaldwinKim Basinger and Alec Baldwin’s long drawn out custody battle over their daughter Ireland will be resolved soon, according to the actress’ lawyer.
The pair have been battling it out in the courtroom since they divorced in 2002, but seem no closer to a resolution over the eleven-year-old.
But attorney Neal Hersh told talk show host Larry King: “Like all things, yes, it will (be resolved). Hopefully it will come to a conclusion in the near future. We’re hopeful.
“When we do custody cases, we always have the best interest of the child at heart and that remains foremost in our mind.”
