Berlusconi is accused of paying for sex with a 17-year-old Moroccan girl and using his influence to try to cover it up. He denies wrongdoing.

The trial opens April 6 in Milan. On Tuesday, prosecutors and defense attorneys presented their lists of witnesses to the court. A judge must now decide which witnesses to admit.

The law firm representing Berlusconi says Clooney was listed because the Moroccan teenager once said she had seen Clooney and girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis at one of Berlusconi’s parties.

Canalis has reportedly denied attending.

An email sent to Clooney’s representative wasn’t immediately answered.

Deadline.com is reporting that PEOPLE’s Woman of the Year will star alongside George Clooney in the space adventure Gravity.

The two will play the sole survivors of a space mission gone wrong who struggle to get back to their loved ones on Earth.

Sarah Larson split from the ‘Burn After Reading’ star earlier this year after an almost 12-month relationship, but has admitted she felt extremely self-conscious whenever they went out in public together.

Asked how it felt to have dated the “sexiest man alive”, Sarah said: “No pressure. It was a little nerve-wracking because you know, everybody loves George, and so, to be in the public eye like that, it was a little bit stressful.

Sarah and George met when she was working as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas.

Although Sarah refused to comment on who instigated their split, she did confirm it happened “quickly” and revealed the pair are no longer in touch.

Clooney told reporters(months ago) he would not reprise his Dr. Doug Ross character for the medical drama’s finale, but pal Noah insists George will return to the set of his hit show. What he had to say on the matter(3/18/-8):

But the ritzy experience won’t take place on American soil; instead, the movie star will stage the two-part gala in Geneva, Switzerland – a short hop from Clooney’s holiday home in Lake Como, Italy.

Rich fans and local tycoons will be able to hear Clooney speak at a private reception on 2 September for $1,000. The actor will then host a dinner for 75 guests, who pay $10,000 for a seat.

The money raised will go to Obama’s campaign.

The dinner party fundraiser is a dramatic turnaround for Clooney, who recently insisted he wouldn’t be backing either Obama or his Republican rival Senator John McCain.

Now, I just wonder if while Rande and Cindy are having their lovey time, Clooney gets a little lonely with no special lady. Aw, who am I kidding? “It’s working for me,” she told PEOPLE of being single Friday before hosting a party at Tao Las Vegas.

Having split from Clooney in May following a year-long whirlwind romance, Larson is now spending most of her time modeling in Los Angeles. As far as jumping into a relationship, no thanks, she says.

“I’m staying single,” said Larson, who wore a Black Halo dresss to the event. “I’m not dating anyone right now.”

Her dating life also excludes The Bank Job star Jason Statham, whom she was linked to after dinner in Las Vegas last month.

“It was a large group of people and I didn’t even know he was at the table,” she said. “We talked for a little bit but it was nothing.”

As for what’s next, “I have a few things I’m working on right now,” she says. “I’ve been focusing a lot on work and things are going very well.”

A rep for the “Leatherheads” star said “I do not comment on George’s personal life,” when contacted by Access Hollywood but sources told both In Touch Weekly, who first reported the news, and People.com, that the two had split.

Larson, 29, previously told the Las Vegas Review Journal that she met Clooney, 47, while he was celebrating his birthday several years ago at the Green Valley Ranch in Vegas.

The two started dating last June when the actor returned to Vegas for the “Ocean’s Thirteen” premiere.

Larson attended the Oscars with Clooney this past February. On the red carpet she told Access Hollywood that dating such a well known man was great, but she occasionally wanted to escape the glare of being in the spotlight.

“Yeah, for the most part,” she said when asked whether she had gotten used to dating the star. “Every now and then I run away and escape and hide for a few weeks.”
