The Mean Girls star, who was caught tripping and falling in New York recently, took another spill while out on the town with party pals Paris and Nicky Hilton in Malibu Friday night.

And who did she blame for the embarrassing tumble?

“Omg, I’m so embarrassed, paparazzi just blinded me with flashes again, as I was walking into dinner,” Lohan tweeted Friday night. “They pushed me and I tripped, hurt.”

This isn’t the second—or even third—time the 25-year-old actress has fallen, though, so we’re on the fence about her pap-pushing explanation.

And now that former frenemies Linds and Paris have officially reunited, something tells us there will be more shenanigans and spills to come.

Rainford, 36, is accused of violating a January court order to stay 200 yards away from any property of the heiress. The restraining order came after Rainford made it past property guards on his bike and pounded on Hilton’s door. He pleaded no contest in January, and was given three years probation.

Rainford is being held in leiu of $20,000 bail after being taken into custody on a tip from a passerby on a Malibu beach near Hilton’s home. “He was hanging around on the beach while Paris was inside,” a witness told The Daily Mail. “Someone recognized him as being the man who had given her trouble in the past and the cops arrived pretty quickly.”

“Deputies identified the suspect as James Rainford and determined a valid restraining order prohibiting him from being within 200 yards of Miss Hilton or her residence was in effect,” the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement.

Rainford was sentenced to jail in April after pleading no contest to assaulting Cy Waits, Hilton’s former boyfriend, outside a Los Angeles courtroom. He served 24 days of a 227 sentence.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly branded Paris Hilton “mean” for making fun of her.

The troubled actress – who is currently facing a misdemeanour theft charge for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles jeweller – is upset about a joke the socialite makes in an episode of her new reality series ‘The World According to Paris’.

In the show a homeless woman mistakes Paris for Lindsay and says she will give a pair of earring the star has just gifted her to her sister, and tell her they are “from Lindsay”.

Paris corrects the woman, then on a voiceover to the clip jokes: “If I were Lindsay, I’d be stealing the earrings, not giving them away.”

According to website TMZ.com, Lindsay has reacted badly and has been telling friends: “Paris is mean. You don’t have to make fun of serious matters in people’s lives to be funny.”

If convicted of stealing the necklace, Lindsay is likely to be sent to jail. Last week she was also found in breach of her probation in connection to the case and sentenced to 120 days in prison, which she was bailed from, and 480 hours of community service.

Paris and Lindsay have had a turbulent relationship since 2006, when the latter was accused of getting too close to Paris’ ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos.

James Rainford accosted the entrepreneur as he escorted Hilton to a court hearing in Van Nuys, California, and was physically dragged away by security men.

On Thursday, Rainford appeared in court to plead no contest to misdemeanour battery and was sentenced to 227 days behind bars. He was also ordered to stay away from Hilton and Waits after his release and given three years of informal probation.

Last October, Rainford was arrested outside the heiress’ Hollywood Hills home after trespassing on her property and then fighting with her security staff.

Hilton was in court this week to testify against Nathan Parada, the man who allegedly tried to break into her home earlier this year.

Hilton was taken into custody around midnight after police pulled over a vehicle in which the heiress was traveling. Officers smelled marijuana and stopped the Cadillac Escalade, driven by Paris’ boyfriend, nightclub entrepreneur Cy Waits.

After searching the car, police arrested Waits on a DUI (drug-related, not alcohol) and found Paris in possession of a small amount of cocaine.

Hilton was booked into the Clark County Detention Center, and was released without bail, according to TMZ.

Sources who have spoken with Paris since her arrest told the website that she insists the purse was not hers.
Paris’ attorney, David Chesnoff, told “Extra,”Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media, and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time.”

This is the third drug-related incident for Hilton this summer. The celebutante was detained for marijuana possession in Port Elizabeth, South Africa during the World Cup in July, but was released without being charged. She was also allegedly caught smoking marijuana in South Africa that same month and was never charged.

Hilton pleaded no contest in 2007 to alcohol-related reckless driving and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. She only served 23 days.

If Paris is convicted of the cocaine possession felony, she would likely receive probation; a violation of that probation could land her in a Nevada state prison for one to four years.

For the second time this month, the are reports that the jetsetting Paris Hilton was detained by police after being caught with marijuana. Only this time, the heiress was reportedly making her way from her namesake city to the French island of Corsica when police discovered less than a gram of pot in her purse.

According to the typically dependable news wire Agence France-Presse, authorities briefly held Hilton in custody, releasing her without filing charges. Other French newspapers published similar accounts.

The socialite – who turned 29 last Wednesday (17.02.10) – belatedly celebrated her birthday with ‘The Hills’ star in Las Vegas on Saturday (20.02.10) and admitted she couldn’t be happier.

When asked if they were planning to wed, she said: “We’ll see what happens in the future, but right now we are so happy to be together and we are really in love.”

Paris and Doug were joined at nightspot Tao by her parents Rick and Kathy Hilton, who appear to have given their daughter’s romance their full backing.

The 28-year-old hotel heiress couldn’t wait for the big day tomorrow (25.12.09) and has unwrapped her gifts from boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, which included diamond Jewellery, early.
She wrote on her twitter page: “At home opening Christmas presents from my man. SO happy! He really spoiled me this year and gave me so many incredible presents!
