Spears, 29, summoned Pauly D, who is also her tour deejay, to the stage during the Circus track ‘Leather and Lace’, and he was handcuffed to a pole in the back of a pink Mini Cooper and surrounded by half-naked dancers.

She then wrapped him in a pink feather boa and proceeded to climb
behind him and dance seductively while her dancers flanked him and did their own grinding.

An excited Pauly D took to his Twitter page and tweeted about the event as soon as it happened. “Wow Just Got A Lap Dance On Stage From @britneyspears!!!” the New York Daily News quoted him as writing.

Even Spears seemed pleased with the turnout, and she let Pauly D know about it. “Hope you enjoyed your dance! Was tough getting my legs around that big blowout,” she wrote.

A licensing firm that helped Spears launch her successful fragrance line is suing the pop star for more than $10 million, claiming she used “under-handed” means to get out of paying them their share.

Brand Sense Partners claims they brokered Spears’ deal with Elizabeth Arden in 2004, and stood to receive a 35 percent commission on any resulting Spears-branded fragrances, such as “Radiance,” “Midnight Fantasy” and “Curious,” Reuters reports.

But last year, the laswuit alleges that Spears asked Elizabeth Arden to send all royalties to her. After Brand Sense confronted Spears, her father Jamie Spears said the 35 percent commission was too high and that his daughter did not want to pay it.

The suit also claims that Spears then “secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky, under-handed effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense.”

We’re not sure who’s telling the truth here, but regardless, are Spears’ highly publicized fragrances all they’re cracked up to be anyway?

A former bodyguard of Britney Spears has filed a lawsuit against the pop star, alleging he was sexually harassed by the “Toxic” singer and accuses her of questionable mothering skills.

Among other allegations, Fernando Flores contends that Britney regularly exposed her genitals to him (in fairness, she was kind of doing that to everyone at the time), had sex in a hotel suite where she was staying with her children (the nerve!) and made her sons eat until they vomited.

Flores, who has clearly never heard of a confidentiality agreement—or, you know, leaving a job with dignity—filed the lawsuit this afternoon, but only after giving multiple outlets (including E! News) a sneak preview of his claims to better hype his allegations.

Among what the former security man claims were numerous sexual advances (and bear in mind, this timeframe immediately preceded the court determining she was mentally unstable), he alleges that Britney donned a transparent white dress and bent over in front of him, thereby further exposing her nether regions.

His reaction? “Shocked and disgusted,” he claims.

Per the suit, Spears also told Flores, “You know you liked it,” when she was naked around him and regularly allowed herself to get caught while in the act.

As for the hotel suite incident, Flores says that he overheard what he claims were “loud” sexual relations between Britney and an unknown man while doing a perimeter check of her rooms. Her sons were also staying in the suite, but it’s unclear if they were present at the time, in a different room or ever exposed to the alleged romp.

On the flip side, Flores’ suit also states that Britney engaged in F-word-laden “violent quarrels” with her boyfriend in front of the kids.

But those aren’t the only parental missteps Flores is alleging.

He also claims that Britney once demanded his belt in order to punish (by beating) her children. He says he witnessed her “savagely hit” Sean Preston (whom he referred to simply as “Preston” in the filing) twice in such a manner.

He says he was “shocked, horrified and deeply disturbed by the incident.”

In another bizarre incident, he also claims that Britney fed her sons crabmeat, despite her knowledge of their severe seafood allergies. Both boys ate the food, then began vomiting, but Spears allegedly prohibited any of the help from contacting a doctor or other medical assistance, telling her staffers to “Mind your own f–king business!”

(Then again, we recall Britney’s well-documented actions taken back in 2008, when she immediately rushed Jayden James to an emergency room after he suffered an allergic reaction to something he ingested.)

Flores is seeking unspecified damages from Spears and the company he was working for, Advanced Security Concepts, for sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Spears’ attorney tells E! News: “We don’t comment on ongoing litigation.”

But Flores’ allegations aren’t exactly news to her lawyers. He previously contacted the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, which investigated his and other claims, and ultimately concluded they had no merit.

The Toxic singer, 28, has been telling her friends that Mel Gibson, 54, has been pouring his heart out to her — confiding that he fears for his sanity and is convinced he’s destroyed his once-hot career.

The In Touch magazine quoted a friend of Britney as saying that they speak on the phone all the time, usually late at night.

Her friends also say that Britney is just returning the favour because apparently Gibson went out of his way to help her when she went through her own breakdown.

Britney’s friend said that Britney wants people to give him a second chance — just like he gave her one when everyone else turned away.

Meanwhile, her ex Kevin Federline took girlfriend Victoria Prince for a special Valentine’s dinner to Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Woodland Hills, Calif. “Kevin and Victoria had a early steak dinner and looked very happy to be spending the day together,” a source says. “When the couple left the restaurant, they held hands and looked very in love.”

The judge wanted to see the pop star face-to-face for a progress review since her father took legal control of her affairs following her mental breakdown two years ago.

Lawyers for the singer also sought court permission to auction off her 2008 MTV Video Music Awards dress to raise money for Haiti earthquake relief, as part of “property no longer useful for her estate.”

Spears “is very enthusiastic about the idea for a donation to Haiti,” her court-appointed attorney Samuel Ingham told the judge, adding that the singer “is appreciative of the extra time and effort” showed by the court in her ongoing case. The judge approved the dress donation.

The singer, 28, wore a gray jacket and black skirt with her hair dark brown and long with a few blonde streaks. She entered the courtroom at 1:45 p.m. from the judge’s hallway door following her father, Jamie.

Spears smiled at Ingham as she stood at the attorney table next to him. After Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz took the stand, Spears’s conservator lawyers requested to seal the courtroom because the hearing involved personal medical information.

The judge granted the request and ordered reporters and other audience members to leave for most of the two-hour session.

Experts say it’s normal procedure for the judge to want to check in with her. However, Spears won’t regain control of her own life until she proves to the court – backed by doctors’ opinions – that she’s able to manage her own affairs.

Britney Spears’ “Circus” won’t be coming to Warsaw.

The singer, whose hits include “…Baby One More Time” and “I’m a Slave 4 U,” has been playing a series of shows this summer in Europe, including in Britain, France and Sweden.

The July 24 show in Warsaw was canceled because of a contractual dispute that could not be resolved, a statement released by her publicist said Wednesday.

Phone calls to the concert organizer in Warsaw, Agencja Akwarium, went unanswered. An official Web site devoted to Spears’ Polish stop, said only that the show was canceled and that it would soon post information for ticket holders.

The Warsaw concert was to have been Spears’ second-to-last show in Europe before the “Circus” tour returns to the United States. She is scheduled to play at the 02 Arena in the German capital, Berlin, on July 26.

The 27-year-old “Womanizer” singer is scheduled to embark on an Australian tour in November after performing a series of shows in the U.S. and Canada.
